Today I read an interesting article that mentioned real estate isn't like stocks with a V-shaped recovery but rather an L-shaped which makes sense.  There are a couple of factors to consider before the real estate can recover.   Improvement on Unemployment rate, now the target is still 10% ahead.Rent to continue going down because of more vacancies.Land lords who can't rent out their house will put it for sale to the market.I believe the above facts are good to identify the house bottom.
